Three Steps to Successfully Managing
Employment Disputes

On Tues., May 15, ACC NCR will hold a 3-session mini-conference that will provide important guidance about managing three critical stages of an employment dispute:

  • What missteps can an employer avoid when terminating an employee?  Prominent plaintiffs and defense counsel will discuss the actions to avoid.
  • What should you do when a demand letter hits your desk?  This session will explain the pre-litigation steps (investigating a claim, handling a demand letter, and preserving documents) to take when an employee threatens to sue.
  • After a lawsuit has been filed, how do you manage expectations and successfully resolve a case? How to help your company navigate the complex litigation process, including case assessment and whether to engage in alternative dispute resolution.
