NJCCA's 2nd LIFE SCIENCES FORUM: An Overview of Key Legal Issues for BioPharma and Life Sciences Counsel

Description:  LeClairRyan's Biopharma and Life Sciences Industry team is joining with NJCCA's Ethics, Compliance & Governance Committee (Life Sciences Working Group), Commercial Law and Career Management & Transition Committees to present a continuing legal education program on critical issues and recent developments affecting the life sciences industry. The CLE program will be an interactive presentation and discussion including:
   Legal and due diligence issues in acquiring mid-market life science companies:
   Pharmacogenomics, Market Opportunities & Potential Barriers
   Government Enforcement of Off-Label Use, A Disturbing "Weather Pattern"
   Critical FCPA issues for Life Science companiesspeaker.
