| ACC's 2013-2018 Strategic Plan |
ACC Announces Newly Adopted Strategic Plan
Last
July, when Veta T. Richardson joined ACC as its new President & CEO,
developing a strategic plan was one of her top priorities. Over the past
six months, there has been a comprehensive review of the organization to assess
member satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement and ways we can
better meet your needs. We received unprecedented feedback during this planning
process and are pleased to let you know that ACC’s Strategic Plan has been
approved for implementation. While this Strategic Plan does not represent
radical change in focus, it does clarify how ACC will build upon its strong
foundation as a global bar association, the directional path ACC chartered more
than a decade ago. Member input and feedback has been invaluable during this strategic
planning process and your continued feedback is welcomed. For more
