Join us for a luncheon presentation in which John Gartman of Fish & Richardson will discuss fee structures that are alternatives to the billable hour.  A nationally acclaimed patent trial lawyer, Gartman is also responsible for leading Fish & Richardson’s conversion away from hourly rates to alternative fee models.  He will discuss a variety of alternative models and the pros and cons of each.
