ACC Board Chair Ivan Fong Confirmed as Homeland Security GC
We congratulate 2009 ACC Board Chair Ivan Fong on his recent confirmation as General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Coinciding with this appointment, Mr. Fong resigned as ACC Chair and Board Member, and as of May 1, 2009, the roles has been assumed by Dan Fitz, Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Company Secretary of Misys plc.
