New ACC Committees Connect Members to their Real Estate and Compliance & Ethics Colleagues
Compliance and Ethics
ACC’s newly announced Compliance and Ethics Committee will
include ACC members who are directly involved with issues relating to
corporate compliance and ethics. Committee members may have a practice
in small or large corporate law departments and their practice may
relate to domestic or international corporate compliance and business

Real Estate Law
ACC’s newly launched Real Estate Law Committee will be comprised of
ACC members who either practice in a law department for a company whose
primary business involves the acquisition, development, management,
ownership and/or operation of real estate inside and/or outside the
US. Those who practice real estate law as one of their primary areas
of responsibility in a law department for a non-real estate company are

Corporate Pro Bono (CPBO), a partnership project of ACC and the Pro Bono Institute, is now accepting nominations for the 2008 CPBO Pro Bono Partner Award.
