Hot Topic: Attorney-Client Privilege
The results of ACC’s recent survey on attorney-client privilege showed that there are increasing threats to this fundamental right in the corporate sector.  The story has been covered in Legal Times and the National Law Journal, among others.  On April 21, ACC also delivered testimony to the ABA’s Attorney-Client Privilege Task Force on behalf of our members.
