JUST WHAT IN-HOUSE COUNSEL NEEDS
Did you know that ACC Committees are the source of many of the resources available to ACC members. In addition to programs for the Annual Meeting, ACC Committees have continued their efforts in developing InfoPaks, webcasts and other resources to provide ACC members with just the right information and tools needed for their practices.  Several committees have conducted surveys to determine what is most needed by its members, while other committees have continued with work on those resources and programs that have been heralded by  members as valuable to in-house practice. In all cases members of ACC’s Committees have shown their dedication to ACC’s mission to be the voice of the in-house bar.

California Mandatory Harassment Training (AB 1825): Where Are We Now?
August 25, 2005 3:00 PM ET

AB 1825, the Government Code requiring employers to train supervisors on sexual harassment every two years was signed by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in September of 2004. Now, almost one year later, we focus on what we have learned over the past year. This webcast is intended to bring people up to speed on the code’s current regulations and to help identify potential gaps in compliance as we draw closer to the deadline.

You will find a link to this webcast on the ACC Webcast page. This webcast is free to ACC members.

Several ACC Committees are developing additional webcast for presentation in September and throughout the remainder of the year.  Be sure to visit the committee webpages for up-to date- information on these programs.
